• A cross cultural training on both work life and private life in order to help the transferee and his family adapt to their new environment

- Working and negotiating with the French

• A cross-cultural training programme designed for profesionals and aiming at increasing the awareness of the HR managers welcoming foreign employees to the company in France. They will study and learn:

- The basics of cross-cultural communication

- How to handle cross-cultural issues

- How to avoid pitfalls in cross-cultural communications

- How to avoid a crisis or handle one, if necessary

Individual professional coaching
